His responsibilities include working directly with producers and exporters, coordinating freight forwarding and customs brokerage, managing TTB permitting and label approvals (COLAs), and ensuring compliance across federal and state requirements, bonded warehousing, and distribution interfaces. His hands‑on involvement enables Wine Beyond Borders to partner effectively with small and family‑owned wineries that often need guidance navigating the U.S. alcohol regulatory environment.
